Refund & Return Policy

We only accept returns in case of damaged or defective products and only if an uncut parcel opening video is provided.

Return Conditions:

• Initiate return within 48 hours of delivery.

• Product must be unused, with original tags and packaging.

• Send a parcel opening video along with your return request.

Refunds:

• Refund will be processed within 5–7 working days after product inspection.

• Refunds are credited to the original mode of payment.
